I was fortunate enough to enjoy a weekend at Home With the Veranda, a delightful gem nestled in Veliko Tarnovo, and it's a stay that genuinely embodied comfort and warmth. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a wonderfully welcoming host whose smile set the tone for our visit, instantly making us feel at home. The location is impeccable, just a short 600 meters from the breathtaking Tsarevets Fortress. From the second-floor veranda, we savored a stunning view, particularly enchanting at sunset. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a soundproofing system that ensured peaceful nights - the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the nearby historic sites. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a charming selection of homemade traditional Bulgarian dishes that perfectly fueled our adventures ahead. the free parking provided was a massive bonus, especially in such a picturesque area. For anyone seeking a tranquil stay in the heart of history, I wholeheartedly recommend Home With the Veranda for its delightful atmosphere and exceptional hospitality.
